Mission Statement

Kagman Community Health Center, Inc. (KCHC) dba Isla Community Health is a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity that creates access to health care services and is situated in the villages of Kagman (Kagman Isla Community Health) and Afentnas (Souther Isla Community Heath) on the Island of Saipan and San Jose, Tinian (Tinian Isla Community).  

KCHC was established in April 2012 through HRSA 330 funding and is governed by a 10 members volunteer Board of Directors.  These individuals represent the community and are responsible for setting the policy direction for the organization, maintaining accountability for funds, approving the annual budget and developing a strategic plan.  

In May 2018, KCHC which had been a co-applicant recipient of the 330 funds with the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation, became an independent non-profit entity.  Although an administrative and structural alteration occurred, this change did not affect the clinical services of the clinic.  The service delivery model and programs continue to emphasize comprehensive outpatient primary care to include but not limited to prevention, outreach, community education, and case management of high-risk patients.    

KCHC is dedicated to delivering comprehensive family medicine services for you and your loved ones.  As a U.S. Federally Qualified Health Center, we adhere to the most stringent care standards.  Our physicians are board-certified by the esteemed American Board of Family Medicine, ensuring the highest level of expertise and proficiency in their field.
